Modelling A SIMO model is built using different modelling components available from the New menu in the SIMA navigator. Descriptions of the available components are found in their respective documentaion pages which can be found in the table of contents on the left side of this page. 1. SIMO Task The SIMO Task holds the model and its variables and run conditions. Some model-wide options can be adjusted in the task editor and is described below. 1.1. SIMO Memory This option controlls the minimum amount of memory a simulation will reserve when run. It is often sufficient to leave this value to its default, but for some large models SIMO might give an error that the amount of memory reserved is too small.
