1. High pass filter

1.1. Purpose

Filter a signal with a high pass filter.

1.2. Description

See Low pass filter for a description of the method. For a given signal \(x(t)\), the high pass filtered signal is \(x_{HP}(t) = x(t) - x_{LP}(t)\).

1.3. Input

Any equidistant signal (see Signal Types ). The cut-off frequency, the number of coefficients and the tapering exponent are given as input in the editor.

1.4. Output

High pass filtered signals.
