Wildcards:
- *node (Words ending with node)
- node* (Words starting with node)
- *node* (Words containing node)
Title heading:
- title:node (Word node in title)
Keyword ranking:
- sand^10 material (sand is 10 times more important than material)
Keyword exclusion and inclusion:
- node +fixed -parameters (must contain fixed, might contain node and must not contain parameters)
