SIMA memory issues

1. Increase memory

In the SIMA installation folder the there is a file named sima.ini file. The file contains for example (see attached picture on next slide):

  • -Dorg.eclipse.update.reconcile=false

  • -Xms2048m

  • -Xmx4096m

  • Note: if the last two are missing you can add them

Set the parameter -Xmx%%%%m to some higher value. If SIMA use more memory you will get the error out of memory or Direct buffer memory problems
