Segmented Line Type

A line may be described by a Segmented Line Type specification. The line type is specified in terms of a sequence of segments and nodal components.
A segment has homogeneous cross section properties.
For each segment a cross section type and a number of elements to be used for the finite element discretization are specified.
Nodal components (clump weights and buoys) may be specified at segment intersections.
