Set constraints on signals.

One or several signals may be chosen from the input. One or two constraints can be put on each of the signals. The user can choose between <, ⇐, > and >=. Two constraints can be put on the same signal as long as they are non-conflicting.

Only scalar values are allowed as input.

The utilization is given as output, that is, the ratio between the signal value and the constraint level.
