1. ISO 19901-7

1.1. Purpose

Perform mooring code check according to ISO 19901-7 standard.

1.2. Description

The ISO 19901-7 operation evaluates mooring system integrity according to the ISO 19901-7 (Petroleum and natural gas industries - Specific requirements for offshore structures - Part 7: Stationkeeping systems for floating offshore structures and mobile offshore units) standard.

1.3. Input

Mooring line tension time series from the mooring analysis.

1.4. Output

Code check results indicating compliance with the ISO 19901-7 standard, including utilization factors.

1.5. Parameters

  • Mooring Type: Type of mooring system (e.g., chain, wire rope, synthetic)

  • Consequence Class: Safety consequence classification

  • Analysis: Type of analysis being performed

  • Breaking Strength: Minimum breaking strength of the mooring line

  • Use Custom Safety Factor: Toggle between using a custom or computed safety factor

  • Custom Safety Factor: User-defined safety factor (when custom is enabled)

  • Computed Safety Factor: Automatically calculated safety factor based on mooring type and consequence class (read-only, shown when custom is disabled)
