1. Join

1.1. Purpose

Combine two signal hierarchies into a single merged tree.

1.2. Description

The Join operation merges signal tree B into signal tree A at a specified path location. The user selects the target location in tree A where tree B should be inserted via a checkbox interface.

1.3. Input

Two input signal trees:

  • Input A: The base signal tree

  • Input B: The signal tree to be merged into A

1.4. Output

A single merged signal tree where the contents of input B have been added to input A at the specified path location.

1.5. Parameters

  • Path: Specifies where in tree A to add tree B. This is selected via the checkbox interface on the input A tree.
