1. Distance Fixed Line to Line 1.1. Purpose Calculate a time series of the minimum distance between a line specified by two points and a Riflex line. 1.2. Description A line is specified by two points in the editor. The minimum distance between this line and any Riflex lines given as input is calculated as a function of time. The minimum distance is found by projecting the node points of the input line onto the finite segment specified by the two points. 1.3. Input The input must be a line in from a Riflex model. Note that storage of displacement has to be included for the line that should be used. 1.4. Output A time series of the minimum distance between the user specified line and a Riflex line.
