Input parameters are: Period: Peak period in wave spectrum [s] Wave drift damping coefficients for six degree of freedoms, (i.e. relative change in average wave drift force for unit velocity) [s/m] Wd1: Wave drift damping coefficient in surge Wd2: Wave drift damping coefficient in sway Wd3: Wave drift damping coefficient in heave Wd4: Wave drift damping coefficient in roll Wd5: Wave drift damping coefficient in pitch Wd6: Wave drift damping coefficient in yaw This method uses a frequency-independent wave drift damping coefficient and should be used with care.
