Axisymmetric cross section

The cross section is used to model axisymmetric parts of the slender system.

The hydrodynamic load models available for axisymmetric cross sections are:

  • Morison’s generalized Equation

  • Morison partly submerged cross sections

  • MacCamy Fuchs

  • Potential flow

  • Time domain VIV loads

  • Net loads

  • No hydrodynamic loads (None option)
