  • The run and stop button is grey since the Mann Wind Generator input is invalid. If the validation errors are fixed, the run button is activated.

  • Ensure that you have set the path to in Tools → Preferences

    • The executables are input to the preferences list

  • DTU Mann generator

    • uses a velocity spectral tensor and includes three-dimensional coherence.

    • need gamma and L (can be found in standards) as input, as well as the grid sizes, so the input is not as complicated as one expect.

  • The TurbSim generator

    • only considers exponential coherence in the longitudinal direction and no coherence in the lateral or vertical directions
